A deposit balance is required in your account to trade as a buyer or seller on Polymerio. Buyers need a deposit before placing an order; sellers need a deposit before publishing a listing. This deposit secures your rights during transactions. For more details, see the Polymerio Membership Agreement.
Buyers must maintain a deposit equal to 10% of the order total before placing an order. Sellers must maintain a deposit equal to 10% of the total value of their highest-value active listing. In case of disputes, Polymerio may apply penalties to these deposits, ranging from 2.0% to 2.9% of the order total. For details, see the Membership Agreement.
Polymerio holds the order amount for up to three business days after delivery. During this period, buyers can submit a cancellation or return request under the conditions in the Membership Agreement. If no request is made within this time, the order is considered final.
